• Active Account data: Retained for the full duration of the Member's account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with standard AML record-keeping requirements.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or account closure, whichever is later.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Support and communications records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the relevant interaction.
• Responsible gaming records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years, even following account closure, to support re-registration screening and exclusion enforcement.
• Technical and usage data (non-identifiable): Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and platform improvement purposes.
