Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "uya4d", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the uya4d platform, operated by its international licensing entity, accessible at https://uya4d.lat.
• "Platform" — the uya4d website, all associated subdomains, mobile web applications, and any software or services made available by uya4d.
• "Member", "you", "your" — any individual who has registered a uya4d account and is subject to these Terms.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Member upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Games" — all wagering products available on the Platform, including but not limited to live casino tables, slot games, sportsbook markets, virtual sports, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Member to their Account for use in wagering activities.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits allocated by uya4d to a Member's Account subject to specific wagering and release conditions.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole operating currency of Member Accounts on the uya4d Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by uya4d prior to processing withdrawals or at any point at uya4d's discretion.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — the suite of voluntary self-restriction features available within each Member's Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Membership and use of the uya4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be an individual natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. uya4d strictly enforces this age minimum in compliance with international responsible gaming standards applicable to Indonesian players.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing uya4d is lawful in your jurisdiction.

To access the full functionality of the uya4d Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the uya4d Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide your true full name, a valid email address, a current mobile number, and a chosen username and password during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. uya4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify uya4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• uya4d reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Account registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full.

KYC Verification. uya4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any point uya4d deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by uya4d may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

All personal data collected during registration and KYC is handled in accordance with the uya4d Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the uya4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits. uya4d accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. uya4d does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which uya4d accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control measure. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. uya4d aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published in the Account dashboard; processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and banking partner clearance schedules. uya4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Funds deposited on the uya4d Platform must be used for wagering purposes. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gaming activity may be treated as suspicious and trigger enhanced review.
• uya4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the uya4d Account holder.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., wrong account, incorrect amount) must be reported to uya4d support within 24 hours. uya4d will make reasonable efforts to facilitate correction but accepts no liability for errors made by the Member or their payment provider.
• uya4d reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional verification, or decline any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

uya4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to the Indonesian calendar (such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day promotions). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before any associated winnings may be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits associated with each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

• In the event of a discrepancy between a promotional banner or marketing communication and the full written bonus terms, the full written bonus terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement conditions and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

All games offered on the uya4d Platform — including live casino tables, RNG slot games, virtual sports, sportsbook markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the specific rules of any game before wagering.

• uya4d's RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent third-party auditors for fairness and randomness. Certification details are available upon request from uya4d support.

• uya4d operates a zero-tolerance policy on collusion, chip-dumping, use of bots or automated betting software, and any other form of cheating or fraudulent gameplay.

uya4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe online gambling should be an entertaining activity enjoyed within personal means. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Members directly within their Account dashboard at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) with immediate effect.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests of 6 months or more are treated as permanent and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months regardless of subsequent requests.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the uya4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Balance where permitted by applicable law), and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's identity to open an Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to standard manual users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or software glitches in the Platform or any game, and failing to report such issues to uya4d support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic wagering strategy designed solely to abuse bonus terms rather than for genuine recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uya4d staff, support agents, or other Members.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform, databases, or systems beyond those made available to Members in the ordinary course of use.

All content on the uya4d Platform — including but not limited to the uya4d brand name, logo, visual design, software, source code, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of uya4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• This license does not permit copying, reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content in any form without uya4d's prior written consent.
• Third-party game content (e.g., slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play; live tables from Evolution Gaming) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to uya4d for display on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uya4d's total liability to any Member — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• uya4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• uya4d shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• uya4d shall not be liable for any interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider outages.
• uya4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Member's failure to keep their Account credentials secure or their failure to comply with these Terms.

uya4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or prominent on-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the uya4d Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting uya4d support. The uya4d Platform is operated under an international online gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uya4d's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to uya4d's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of being referred, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Nothing in this clause limits uya4d's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or address ongoing prohibited conduct.
